Congratulations to Our FY 2014 Star Employee Award Recipient
Date Posted: 2/11/2015
Each year the R.V. Evans' STAR Employee Award is voted on by the Company's Executive Leadership Team and presented in recognition of an individual that exhibits that best satisfies the following (5) Five STAR characteristics throughout the past year:
As in years past, there are many people at R.V. Evans that display these attributes day in and day out, and this year's recipient is no exception.
- Innovative Idea Generation
- Customer Responsiveness
- Resource Utilization
- Positive Attitude
This person's commitment to delivering unsurpassed customer service experiences continue to leave a lasting impression among customers. Beyond being an incredible asset to The R.V. Evans Company, she is colorful in both appearance and personality. Her sense of urgency and passion for details (and her hair styles) are among her noted trademarks. Though she is known as "Theresa" in "Customer Service" by the numerous customers she passionately serves, she is better known as "Mother" to her friends and family within The R.V. Evans Company!
It is with sincere appreciation and gratitude that we proudly present this year's R.V. Evans Employee Award to Theresa Burton!
We wanted to take the opportunity to ask Theresa a few questions about herself inside and outside the work place. "Theresa has been a part of The R.V. Evans Company for 18 yrs. Her position is currently in Customer Relations and Sales Support. A lot of her time is spent working with customers and also her Sales Staff which consists of Jeff Waymoth, Craig Fox, and Caleb Buscher. During her time at R.V. Evans she has noticed tremendous growth and success within the company. She also stated that the atmosphere within the company is always upbeat and fun which makes it very enjoyable to be at work. All the employees take part in creating that fun environment. Some of her hobbies outside of work consist of shopping, traveling, and spending time with her kids and grand-kids. If Theresa could have one superpower she would want to be able to read minds but jokingly stated that would be scary!"
Thank you Theresa for all you do to promote and represent The R.V. Evans Company!
